Kickboxing Drop-in

$15 or 1 package credit per class

Join Kristen for these fun and rewarding classes! Kickboxing Fitness is based on 7 types of martial arts to give you a full-body low-impact workout. Punch and kick away your stress and flow with the combinations. There are modifications for all levels.

Dress: comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing that you can move in freely. Indoor-only shoes or bare feet.
