Pricing

Pricing is set by the teachers. You can find pricing information in the class descriptions. All listed prices include taxes and fees.

Prices are displayed in dollars (CAD) as well as number of package credits. Occassionally there may be a discount for using package credits.

Some classes have flexible pricing or are offered for free or by donation. This helps keep the practice accessible. All contributions are greatly appreciated to help keep the studio running.

Payments

Registration payment can be made using a credit card, package credits, or account credit. Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

E-transfers and cash payments are also accepted, please contact the studio to make arrangements.

Energy Exchange

The studio will happily accept in-kind contributions or energy exchanges, also known as karma yoga. Please feel free to reach out to discuss how you can contribute.

Cancellations and Refunds (as of August 19, 2025)

The cancellation and refund policy differs for each type of class and will be indicated in each class desription. Some classes have automatic refunds within a cancellation window. In this case, the refund will be automatically returned as account credit or back to the package that was used. Registrations for series are generally non-refundable, as we rely on pre-registrations to operate. If you need to cancel your registration in a series or class due to extenuating circumstances, please send a request to the teacher. Approved cancellations may be offered studio credit.

If a series, class or workshop is cancelled by the teacher or studio (due to illness, bad weather, low enrollment, or other scheduling issues), all registered students will be notified by email. The class may be rescheduled to a future date and/or refunds will be issued as studio account credit.

Waitlists (as of Jan 21, 2025)

Waitlists are automated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are at the top of the waitlist when a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the roster and your account or credit card will be charged. You will be sent an email notification.

The cut-off time for the automatic waitlist is set to 6 hours before the start of the class. If there is a last-minute opening, the teacher may send out an email to those on the waitlist inviting them to register manually.

If you are on the waitlist for a class and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist by logging into your account. If you are added to the roster, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
