Our studio classes operate based on pre-registration through this website.

Pricing

All listed prices are in dollars (CAD) and include taxes and fees.

The registration cost for each offering (class or series) is set by the teachers and is displayed in each description.

Some classes have flexible pricing or are offered by donation. This helps keep the practice accessible. All contributions are greatly appreciated to help keep the studio running.

Payments

Registration payment can be made online using a credit card, package credits, or account credit. Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

E-transfers and cash payments are also accepted, please contact the studio to make arrangements.

The studio will happily accept in-kind contributions or energy exchanges, also known as karma yoga. Please feel free to reach out to discuss how you can contribute.

Cancellations and Refunds

Individual classes and events have automatic refunds with a 24-hour cancellation window. Registrations for series are non-refundable, as we rely on pre-registrations to operate. If you need to cancel a registration outside the cancellation window due to extenuating circumstances, please send a request to the teacher.

If a series, class, or workshop is cancelled by the studio due to illness, bad weather, low enrollment, or other scheduling issues, all registered students will be notified by email. The class may be rescheduled to a future date or refunds will be issued.

All refunds are issued as account credit or back to the package that was used. Account credit does not expire and can be applied for any future class or series.

Waitlists

The waitlist system is automated. If you are at the top of the waitlist when a spot becomes available, you will be added to the roster and payment will be processed automatically. The cut-off time for the automatic waitlist is set to 24 hours before the start of the class.

If there is a last-minute opening, the teacher may send out an email to those still on the waitlist inviting them to register manually.

If you are on the waitlist for a class and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist by logging into your account. If you are added to the roster, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
