Private yoga sessions with Christine are more like a workshop than a yoga class. One-on-one, we work together to refine your postures and find movements that support your body.
- Explore postures (asanas) of your choice with variations, alignment cues, internal actions, props, and hands-on assists.
- Increase your internal awareness and recognition of your unique patterns.
- Develop a personalized sequence that you can continue to practice at home.
- Learn breath, meditation, or other practices you can incorporate into your day to help balance your energies or lift your mood.
It is recommended to book 1.5 hours for the first session, as it will include a discussion of goals/injuries/interests.
