Yoga Nidra

Experience the deep rest of "yogic sleep", guided by Christine.

The session opens with simple stretches and breathwork to balance and settle the mind and body before we settle into an extended Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative experience that incorporates intention setting, body scanning, awareness of breath, and visualizations. The practice has ancient roots as well as modern applications for cultivating a very deep state of relaxation and helping our nervous systems heal.

Yoga Nidra is done lying down in Savasana with props and blankets for added comfort. The studio is equipped with ample blankets and props, but please wear layers of comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
