Christine Desrochers (she/her) is an experienced yoga teacher with advanced training (RYT500 and E-RYT200 designations). She enjoys serving this community and sharing the richness of the yoga practice.
Christine's approach to yoga is thoughtful, curious, and innovative. She readily integrates different techniques to help students explore movement. Whether teaching vinyasa, hatha, or restorative-style classes, she emphasizes breath techniques and connection with the felt sense of the body. In addition to her yoga teacher trainings, Christine is also certified to offer Thai-Yoga massage and Reiki.

Hilary has been teaching yoga for over 30 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a personalized approach to her classes. She emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and responding to the present moment. Her ability to customize and offer individual feedback helps students connect deeply with their bodies, often leading to transformative moments of self-awareness. For Hilary, the greatest reward is witnessing students discover something new about themselves and lighting up with that realization.
A nature enthusiast, Hilary finds renewal through canoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. She thrives in collaborative communities and values creating spaces where everyone feels safe and supported.
Kristen is a Fitness & Dance Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Consultant who started out in the fitness field over 20 years ago teaching ballet and aerobics. She has always been passionately involved in health and fitness, enjoying activities such as hiking, kayaking, dancing, mountain biking, yoga, meditation, napping, and eating well (which includes treats!).
Her philosophy is that health is a journey in which people should be gentle with themselves. Creating an environment that not only motivates but also challenges people in a fun and rewarding way is her top priority. With a good balance of physical activity, nutrition, and relaxation, anyone can achieve greater health and happiness.
Besides teaching classes, Kristen provides physical and fitness assessments, lifestyle analysis, one-on-one training, personalized fitness & nutrition programs, and healthy architectural design.
