Join guest teachers Heather Marshall and Michelle Travis for an evening of deep rest, gentle movement, and energetic renewal. This mid-winter offering invites us to integrate the new year from a place of presence and ceremony.

We’ll begin with a smudging ceremony, offering a moment to consciously arrive and gently clear your body, the space around you, and your energetic field, helping you release the day and settle into presence. This ceremonial opening creates a grounded, supportive container for the experience. Michelle will then guide a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to soften, release tension, and reconnect breath and body. Throughout the experience, Heather will offer Reiki energy healing, supporting balance, grounding, and energetic flow. As the body settles into stillness, you’ll be immersed in a Dual Crystal Bowl Immersive Soundbath, featuring two complete crystal singing bowl set-ups, along with complementary instruments. The sound moves through the space in waves — surrounding you and inviting the nervous system into a state of deep rest, integration, and recalibration. Throughout the evening, the space will be intentionally prepared and held with ceremony, Reiki, and supportive crystal energy to create a grounded, restorative environment.

Doors open at 6:30pm to settle in with optional tea and tarot cards

No prior experience with yoga, Reiki, sound healing, or ceremony is needed. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing, all other props will be provided. Let the teachers know beforehand if you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns.
