Join this beginner-friendly meditation series to begin, refresh, or support your practice. All levels welcome.
For this winter afternoon series, Hilary has curated six sessions, each with a different meditation teacher, to provide a range of perspectives to help us find calm and stillness, experience the world as it really is, and return to the present moment.
Typical Schedule:
3:45-4:00: Studio opens for arrival, time to set up or ask questions
4:00-4:15: Guided meditation (recording)
4:15-4:20: Short break
4:20-4:45: Silent meditation
Bolsters, blankets, and chairs are available for use at the studio. Participants are welcome to bring their own meditation cushions, stools, rests, shawls, malas, etc.
