This afternoon mini-retreat will explore a complete yoga practice including asana, pranayama (breath), and meditation. Leave feeling connected, refreshed, and grounded.
Each session follows a different theme with slight variations.
Typical format:
2:00pm Begin
Opening circle and chant
Yoga flow (60 mins)
Yin or restorative yoga (30 mins)
Guided meditation (15 mins)
~4:00pm Tea and washroom break
Pranayama (15 mins)
Yoga Nidra and sound bath (45 mins)
Closing circle and chant
5:30pm End
Suitable for all levels, however please advise the teacher of limitations or injuries in advance so appropriate modifications can be offered.
