This 6-week program is designed to boost your health span in a supportive group environment. Each week, we cover a different health topic with mini workshop or challenge, and offer a body composition weigh-in. Using your body composition and lifestyle, we will create personalized plans for nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being, all based on the latest research. Set health goals according to your values and watch the results unfold.
Please note there will not be a meeting on Jan. 28.
$190 for initial 6-week program, including program workbook and 6 meetings with check-ins. Each additional 6 weeks of meetings/check-ins will be $75.
