Soothe: A Multisensory Relaxation Experience

$30 or 2 package credits

In this guided 5-Senses Relaxation Session with Kristen, we cozy up with soft blankets and pillows in a warm, restful atmosphere designed to support your parasympathetic “rest and restore” system.

We begin with gentle stretching and small movements to release tension from the body. Breathwork and simple muscle‑release techniques help quiet the mind and soften the stress response. From there, we move into a sensory‑rich relaxation experience that engages all five senses to deepen grounding and calm.

 You’ll be guided through:

 • Taste therapy with warm tea, lemon water, or peppermint 

• Touch stimulation with soft textures, facial, and self-massage tools

• Scent therapy with essential oils chosen for relaxation and clarity

• Sound immersion featuring nature soundscapes and soothing audio

• Visual grounding with calming focal objects and soft lighting

 

Each element is intentionally layered to help your body shift out of fight‑or‑flight and into a state of deep rest, nervous system regulation, and whole‑body ease. This is more than relaxation—it’s a sensory reset that supports emotional balance, better sleep, reduced tension, and a calmer baseline in everyday life.
